The season runs for three months and then starts clean. To get on the official list you need ten matches against eight different opponents — the same pair cannot carry you up by playing each other every day.

Frequently asked questions.
How do I start?
You download the app and start with five sports. In each one you answer three questions and get a first estimate of your level. Your Επίπεδο then corrects itself from your results and stops being «under calibration» after 5 rated matches.
What does it cost me as a player?
Signing up and using it is free. You only pay your share of the booking, at the price the venue sets.
What if I cannot find people?
If the group does not fill, the booking cancels automatically 3 hours before and nobody is charged.
How do I know the slot I see genuinely exists?
A slot shows as instantly bookable only when it can be honoured. Where confirmation depends on the venue, it says “on request” explicitly.
What is Reliability and what if it drops?
A 0 to 100 score showing how reliably you turn up. You start at 75. Cancelling in time is not penalised. A no-show must be reported by a person and you have 7 days to dispute it. It is calculated over your last 20 commitments, so it does not follow you forever.
If I cancel, do I get my money back?
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before. Between 24 and 48 hours the refund becomes credit in your wallet and is used automatically on your next booking.
Do you store my card?
No. The card number is handled by the payment provider; we keep only the last four digits so you can recognise it.
I own a venue. What do I have to change?
As much or as little as you want. You start with a simple listing, move on to bookings on request, and switch to instant booking when you are ready. No subscription; commission only when you get paid.
